Event Planner - Toyota - Diest

Event Planner wanted for Toyota Diest - Toyota Center Parts Europe As an Event Planner, you will be responsible for internal company events and internal communcation. This is a temporary assignment until October 2024 - renewable.

Parts Supply Chain Group's mission is to deliver the right product (service parts, accessories and information) at the right time, through lean integrated logistics, exceeding customer and stakeholder expectations. These parts come from various suppliers or factories around the world to Diest, where they are distributed directly to the end customer or to our regional depots/national sales companies.
Our network structure has 1500 Toyota members, we deliver to more than 3500 garages and 44 regional warehouses within Europe and North Africa. You will be part of the Operations Control, Health, Safety & HRD department. Your responsibilities:
One of your responsibilities is events. This means the organization of events within PSCG (Diest & possibly one of our warehouses abroad), including proposing the event, coordination with senior management, execution of the event, reflection with clients and arranging the practicalities.

Some of the events include:

  • Organization of the PALM (Parts & Accessories Logistics Meeting) which is a periodic (2-3 times/year) 2 day hybrid or live event with all PSCG and emerging markets management.
  • Organization of the MIM, a monthly information meeting for all PSCG office staff.



Many other TPCE events that you will support are:

  • Seniority celebrations.
  • 30 year TPCE celebration
  • New Year's celebration
  • Periodic treats for employees
  • ...

  • You will be able to collaborate X-functionally to broaden your knowledge and experience.
  • Support internal communication to our office and warehouse employees through various communication channels
  • Contribute to the overall engagement of our employees in the workplace

Jouw profiel

Bachelor's degree or higher required
  • Professional, effective and respectful communication is required, both oral and written.

A passion for communication is therefore essential. As the working language is English, you speak & write this language fluently alongside Dutch.
  • You enjoy working in a team and understand that different personalities & perspectives produce better solutions

  • The combination of being an active listener and using your social skills makes you a team player, capable of building strong professional relationships.
  • You see challenges as an opportunity to develop yourself and show flexibility when the team or business demands it.
  • You have a strong knowledge of Office 365 applications (Powerpoint, Outlook, Sharepoint, Teams)

  • Het marketingplan opstellen
    De ontwikkeling van de uitvoering van het marketingplan controleren
  • Marketingoperaties van een website coördineren
  • De promotiecampagne van de producten uitdenken en opstarten
  • Sociale media-toepassingen inzetten in professionele processen
  • Acties uitvoeren ter ondersteuning van het personeelsbeheer (aanwerving, opleiding, ...)
  • De activiteiten van een team coördineren
